Co-Founder & CEO

Srini Kada is the co-founder and CEO of SEAS AI, bringing deep experience in enterprise technology, AI-led transformation, and large-scale digital programs across the Middle East, US, UK and India. With a strong background in AI platforms, Agentic AI, and enterprise systems, he focuses on translating emerging AI capabilities into commercially viable, secure, and scalable solutions for regulated and complex environments. He has led and advised multiple initiatives spanning AI platforms, cloud, data, and industry-specific solutions, working closely with C-suite stakeholders. At SEAS, he drives strategic direction, partner ecosystems, and large-scale cloud and DC GPUaaS for clients across Europe, MEA and ASEAN.

Srini Ramaswamy is the co-founder of SEAS AI, bringing deep global experience in deploying data platforms for leading brands across the entertainment, retail and CPG, healthcare, and insurance sectors. A seasoned technology leader, he has previously held pivotal roles including COO, CTO, and Chief Architect. Educated at IIT Madras, he co-founded Systech Solutions, Inc. in 1993 with Arun Gollapudi to help enterprises worldwide harness the emerging power of analytics and data-driven decision-making. Over more than three decades, Srini has shaped organizational growth, technology vision, and go-to-market strategies in data and analytics, building high-impact partnerships along the way. Today, as he drives AI-led solutions for the dynamic economies of Asia, he remains deeply committed to mentoring the next generation of talent, many of whom have progressed to leadership roles at prominent organizations around the globe.

Arun Gollapudi, Co-Founder of SEAS AI, is a problem-seeker, innovator, and data rebel with over 30 years of experience driving technological advancement and global growth at Systech Solutions, Inc. Under his leadership, Systech has delivered pioneering analytics solutions across 50 countries and 25 industries, redefining how organizations unlock value from data. Drawing on his early experience at Nestlé and inspired during his MBA at UCLA, Arun co-founded Systech in 1993 with his partner Srini Ramaswamy, with the vision of simplifying and democratizing data analytics. Beyond building a globally respected consultancy, he has championed talent development through Systech’s Bootcamp program, which has trained more than 1,000+ professionals in business intelligence and data integration who now design advanced AI and analytics solutions worldwide. Expanding this vision, he founded the Center for Artificial Intelligence and Advanced Analytics to foster learning and exploration around AI-driven business transformation. Passionate about reimagining how data empowers decision-making and innovation, Arun now focuses on leveraging machine learning, cloud platforms, and data ecosystems to create competitive advantage. He holds a BS in Civil Engineering from IIT, an MS in Engineering from UNB, and an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.

Fredrick Peerajee is the Co-Founder and CTO of SEAS, specializing in AI infrastructure, GPUaaS platforms, and high-performance computing for enterprise transformation. With experience in GPU cluster architecture, cloud-native platforms, virtualization, and data center design across USA, MEA and Asia, he enables organizations to scale AI workloads with efficiency and reliability. Fred works closely with CXOs and engineering teams to align business outcomes with technical delivery. At SEAS, he leads technology strategy, platform engineering, and architecture development, driving innovation in private AI cloud, sovereign AI stacks, and scalable GPU environments to accelerate LLM training, inference, and enterprise AI adoption.
